Doctor Who: The Lost Dimension Book One
A massive crossover unlike anything the Doctor Who canon has seen before! The previous four Doctors are all on the hunt for answers when a mysterious force — a white hole — begins breaking down the fabric of the universe. As friends and foes alike succumb to the white hole’s influence, the Doctors and their intrepid companions cross paths with earlier versions of the Doctor, trying to piece together what’s behind this catastrophic force tearing the universe apart!
Oh, and Jenny, the Doctor’s Daughter, is back!
The Lost Dimension, Book One is everything great about New Who distilled into one massive adventure. It makes really smart use of the companions (both those from the show AND those from the comics) and New Who characters, crafting a threat that feels truly epic in scope.
And then, it delivers one whopper of a cliffhanger that I don’t think anyone could possibly see coming.
This is a grand payoff not only for fans of the Doctor Who comics but those who wish that the Ninth and Twelfth Doctors could have been a bigger part of “Day of the Doctor.” It’s fun, frantic, and thoroughly enjoyable.
