The Wobbit: A Parody

We rated this book:

$13.99

Billy is your typical Wobbit. He is inept, obese, and not good for anything really. Loves food way too much, is clueless about the world, and is sent on a quest alongside some other non-important characters. You must be familiar with The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, as well as have a basic knowledge of Harry Potter and the works of Harvard Lampoon to thoroughly enjoy reading this book and finding the humor. The characters are hilarious and easy to figure out what characters they are based from and what stories. The footnotes are quite comical, so don’t forget to read them too. This book pokes fun at just about everything from politics to various cultures and should be approached with an open mind.

This is a quick read and be prepared to lose a few brain cells. As with any parody book, you either love them or hate them. If you hate them, then bypass them at all means and don’t bring the book ratings down, but if you are like me and rather enjoy cheap entertainment, by all means read this book.
