Unique Eats & Eateries San Francisco
Anyone who lives in San Francisco and likes to eat out and any visitor would greatly benefit having Unique Eats and Eateries of San Francisco. Kimberley Lovato visited (and perhaps sampled the foods) of a total of ninety-one eateries in the City. Many are mainstream establishments, but just as many are unusual to qualify for her list. Where else but in San Francisco can you come across places like The Cheese School of San Francisco or Brainwash Café and Laundromat (where you do your laundry while having a meal), Bi-Rite Market (do your marketing, then have a healthy meal), Foreign Cinema (where you watch a movie in a romantic courtyard and enjoy your meal)? Lovato also included street food trucks worth mentioning and even a candy store. She has a brief, informative write-up on each establishment with a few small black-and-white photos (they could’ve been larger) illustrating a dish or two it serves, the inside view, and the chef’s or owner’s portrait. A sixteen-page color photo spread is bound in the middle. For your convenience, for each place she adds the address, phone number, and web link.
