Winning Customer Love is an interesting book that definitely raises some good ideas regarding new approaches to business. This short read takes a fresh look at marketing and while it’s not the only resource you’ll need, it raises some very good food for thought about how to conceive of and organize your business in ways that will have your customers happily raving, all by simply changing the focus of the business using concepts such as empathy, generosity, and gratitude.
