The Woman Outside My Door is a tantalizing psychological thriller that will leave you with hairs standing up on the back of your neck. Georgina’s son, Cody, starts turning up with sweet wrappers one day, telling his mom that his grandmother gave them to him. The only problem? Both of Cody’s grandmothers are deceased. As Georgina tries to get to the bottom of it, she feels as if someone is watching her and her family. On top of it all, she and her husband, Bren, are having marital problems, and it seems as if Bren thinks she’s going crazy. He keeps making excuses for the sweets that Cody has as well as a note that they find with the sweets.

I could not put this book down and read it all in one day. It is fantastic all the way through. Although the main character seems like she could be unreliable, I felt like she made some good decisions to get to the bottom of it all. This is a perfect read for fans of authors such as K.L. Slater.
