There are soups (such as Cheesy Almond Broccoli Soup), Starters (Spinach Artichoke Almond Dip), Salads, Side Dishes, Main Dishes (Pasta with Cauliflower Cashew Alfredo), Sandwiches, Breakfast & Beyond, Desserts (Pineapple Coconut Cheesecake), and other Sweet Treats (Cranberry Peanut Butter Fudge). No pictures, but the descriptions and ingredient lists will leave your mouth watering even so. Every single recipe in this book is vegan, most can be made with little or no added oil, and many of them can easily be gluten free or soy free, making this book accessible to everyone.
