The best thing about this book is that Ms. Mire makes this a fun and easy process to follow. She provides excellent tips to help you incorporate her plan into your day. The numerous examples and stories from clients she has helped are inspiring. I plan to take a second look at this one and try implementing her suggestions to see what I can create.

I really enjoyed this book quite a bit. The rich personal stories and client stories, as well as the clear plan of action sold me on it. I can see why this can work on its own or with a practicing life coach. It’s a concise answer to other self-help books (The Secret, etc.) that only take you so far to actively engage in creating your dreams. I recommend it.

I have read the AOM system and think it is life changing! I have read many self help books and found this to be the most comprehensive book to date. I love that you can go back if you are unsure of how to begin the program or continue it. Sterling makes it easy to understand and follow. If you have not gotten a copy, now would be the best time to start your life over. A small price to pay for all the information and guidance you will get!! Love it.
