The 22 Murders of Madison May
Newspaper journalist Felicity Staples is called to report on the murder of Madison May, a real estate agent who is killed while showing a house. A message left behind by the killer leads Felicity to a corporation that is able to move between parallel worlds. It turns out that in many of these worlds, Madison has been killed by the same man. So far, he’s up to 21 murders. Felicity will do everything in her power to prevent The 22 Murders of Madison May.
This is the most interesting take on the multiverse as well as the plot for a murder mystery. It’s also incredibly thrilling, even knowing who the killer is, as you watch Felicity try to stop him from murdering the same person over and over. I could not put it down. If you are a fan of murder mysteries that think outside the box, I highly recommend this one. The multiverse sections are easy to understand and feel surprisingly possible. You can’t help but get attached to Madison and Felicity as you hope that Madison will make it through at least one of these universes and that Felicity will finally be happy. This is a must-read book!
