There is a veritable plethora of books in the marketplace to help people lose weight. So why should people be interested in another? The real key for this book might be simplicity. People these days are so busy and have such complicated lives that when someone offers a good chance for success with weight loss that is simple and straightforward, people should sit up and pay attention. No doubt most people with weight issues have spent years building bad habits, but early in the book is a good list of tips for breaking bad habits and building good ones. The second chapter lays out the plan from which the book gets its name — 100 grams of carbs daily, 100 ounces of water weekly, 100 minutes of exercise weekly, etc. This is where the simplicity of the plan really takes shape. These six issues are addressed in great detail as the book goes on.

Author Liz Josefsberg has plenty of expertise to back up what she has to say and many success stories as well. The writing is straightforward and clean. This will be a great addition to any person’s arsenal of weapons in the on-going fight against fat.
