Someone Builds the Dream
How many people does it take to build a bridge? A wind turbine? A book? This book is an ode to all of the people behind the scenes that it takes to bring someone’s dream to reality. It takes a team of people to get these beautiful dreams to become real.
The text is fantastic. It is concise, smooth, and powerful. The author used just the right words. I am so impressed with this book.
The illustrations are a beautiful compliment to the powerful words. I love how all the different teams of people are depicted. The multicultural representation is excellent.
My seven-year-old son liked seeing all the dreams being built. He especially likes watching the new house that was built.
As a parent, I think it’s important for kids and adults to remember it takes a team of people to make anyone’s dream come true. No one ever does it alone. I love how this book gives credit to all those unsung heroes that do their job well and never get any public recognition for it. This book is recommended for children three to eight years old.
