Lost in Time
Sam Anderson is Lost in Time. Along with his daughter, Adeline, he is accused of killing his girlfriend. Sam confesses in order to save his daughter because in the future, Sam and his friends have invented a machine that sends criminals two hundred million years into the past instead of to prison. Sam will need to survive long enough to give Adeline the time to solve the crime and find a way to bring him back. But, the past, present and future are much more complicated than either one can imagine.
While my head is still spinning trying to understand the complexities of time travel and quantum mechanics, I absolutely loved this book. The author did an amazing job of explaining every detail in a way that made sense, in as much sense as time travel can ever make. It was fascinating watching Adeline figure everything out as well as watching Sam try to survive during the end of the Triassic period. I highly recommend you add this book to your list, no matter your interests. This is a thrill ride that makes you think and you won’t be able to put it down!
