Paxton showcases a new individual or couple each chapter from his personal life or TV shows to show his advice in action. I never realized how many similarities there are between decluttering and therapy. There is a science to listening, one that many people from the current generation need to practice. I am a fan of the “10 Minute Sweep” because of its effectiveness even in daily life!
