Each also contains the number of servings, how many calories per serving, and total time to complete the dish. Make sure you try the Lamb Meatballs and Creamy Lemon and Feta Orzo. It’s delicious. And for some taste excitement, try the Calamari, Chorizo, and Chickpea Stew. Information in the back of the book includes a table that contains complete nutritional information for all the recipes, a conversion and equivalents table, and a good index listing recipes according to their main ingredient.
