Dragonshadow: A Heartstone Novel

The Daired’s are coming off from a wonderful honeymoon but now it’s time to work. There’s a new mysterious monster that must be put down at once. Along the way, Aliza, Alastair, and Alastair’s dragon, Akarra, go on a long journey to put a stop the danger. What kind of journey would it be if they didn’t almost die a couple hundred times? The story was breathtaking. Absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed following the lovely couple battle together and grow as characters. White was able to keep me engaged with the story from beginning until the very end. I recommend this book—and series—for those that like fantasy and for Jane Austen fans as well. Everything about the story was rich and romantic.
