Who doesn’t love to celebrate? When I was younger, I swore I would celebrate any smallest occasion. Hints on how to help everyone feel involved without letting any one person take over the show are particularly helpful—having specific ideas on how to deal with potentially uncomfortable situations is especially handy for someone (like me) who doesn’t exactly have great people skills.
