Justice Drake is the owner of an exclusive retreat that caters to women looking to put their marriages back on track. Over the course of six weeks, he helps them to explore their sexuality and to understand the sexual prowess they each possess to keep their spouses from straying outside the marriage. He verses them in lingerie, seduction, stripping, fellatio, etc. He has a strict policy of not getting involved with his clientele, keeping a couple of “contacts” on the side for when he needs release. Unfortunately, when he eyes attendee Allison Elliot-Carr, all bets are off. He must come to grips with wanting someone he can never have—especially when we find out he’s keeping some pretty big secrets.

The book was relatively well written, erotic, and certainly kept my interest. The story had a lot of promise but fell short. The characters weren’t people I particularly cared about and the storyline itself was unbelievable. The misogynistic tone throughout the book may be off-putting to some. There is a plot twist at the end that I didn’t quite see coming and which I appreciated, but even still, I don’t feel the book lived up to its potential.
